These terms govern the use of JAWABSURVEYS, including accounts, survey and task opportunities, rewards, balances, referrals, bonuses, and withdrawals.
1. Introduction
JAWABSURVEYS is operated by PT JAWAB SURVEYS INDONESIA, an Indonesian company that provides an online survey rewards platform for users in Indonesia.
By creating an account, accessing, or using JAWABSURVEYS, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and user eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old and located in Indonesia.
- One person may only have one JAWABSURVEYS account.
- Email, phone number, and profile data must be accurate, owned by the user, and not misleading.
- Phone numbers or payout numbers used for withdrawals may be locked to prevent abuse.
- Users are responsible for keeping their email, password, device, and account access secure.
Accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or closed if we detect false data, duplicate accounts, unusual activity, or a violation of these terms.
3. Survey, task, and third-party opportunities
JAWABSURVEYS provides access to survey and task opportunities from third-party survey or task providers. Availability, criteria, duration, and rewards can differ depending on the provider rules.
- Opportunities shown to each account may differ based on profile, quota, location, device, and third-party rules.
- Some third-party services may use points, tasks, or other activity that can be converted into JAWABSURVEYS balance.
- JAWABSURVEYS does not guarantee a specific number of surveys, tasks, rewards, or income.
- Third-party providers may close quotas, screen out users, reject responses, or change opportunity availability according to their rules.
4. Rewards and balance
Rewards are added to balance after an activity is considered valid by JAWABSURVEYS or the relevant third party. Some activity may provide a full reward, partial reward, or no reward if the criteria are not met.
What can increase balance
- Valid survey or task activity from third parties.
- Third-party points or rewards successfully converted into JAWABSURVEYS balance.
- Valid bonuses such as referral, promotion, or additional active programs.
What can reduce balance
- Reversal or chargeback from third-party survey or task providers.
- Adjustments due to duplicate transactions, errors, abuse, or invalid activity.
- Withdrawals that have been processed to the user.
5. Screenout, reversal, and chargeback
In survey services, not every session ends with a full reward. A user may be screened out when their profile does not match the survey target, quota is full, or the third party determines that the user does not meet the criteria.
A reversal or chargeback may happen if a third party cancels a reward that was previously sent, for example because an answer was considered invalid, a transaction was duplicated, quality rules were violated, or another third-party reason applies. If that happens, balance may be adjusted.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed through payout methods supported by JAWABSURVEYS. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp50,000, and available amounts follow the options shown on the withdrawal page.
- The payout number must be active, owned by the user, and match the account data.
- Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before processing to confirm that balance and activity are valid.
- A withdrawal may be rejected, delayed, or adjusted if there is suspected fraud, incorrect data, invalid balance, or another issue that needs review.
- Once a withdrawal is processed, the balance will be recorded as an outgoing transaction from the user account.
7. Referral, bonuses, and promotions
JAWABSURVEYS may provide additional programs such as referral, activity bonuses, promo codes, or other rewards. These programs are additional bonuses and are not a guaranteed source of income.
- Bonuses only apply when the activity is valid and meets the rules of the feature.
- Self-referral, referral manipulation, duplicate accounts, bots, or promotion abuse are not allowed.
- Bonuses may be cancelled or adjusted if we find abuse, errors, or invalid activity.
- Bonus rules may change from time to time to keep the platform fair and healthy.
8. Prohibited activity
- Creating or using more than one account.
- Using false data, another person phone number, another person email, or misleading identity information.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, suspicious emulators, VPN/proxy manipulation, or other methods to bypass the system.
- Submitting careless, inconsistent, or instruction-breaking survey answers.
- Abusing referrals, bonuses, promotions, or feature loopholes.
- Trying to access another person data, balance, or account.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing JAWABSURVEYS support channels.
9. Account, balance, and closure review
JAWABSURVEYS may review accounts, balances, referrals, bonuses, and withdrawals when unusual activity, third-party reports, or internal review needs are detected. During review, some features may be temporarily limited.
If a violation is confirmed, JAWABSURVEYS may cancel rewards, reject withdrawals, reduce invalid balance, close the account, or take other steps needed to keep the service fair.
Users may request account deletion through the official contact. Before deletion, JAWABSURVEYS may review pending balance, withdrawal requests, reward history, and other obligations. Certain transaction records may still be retained when there is a valid reason.
10. Data, updates, and contact
Personal data use is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short, data is used to run accounts, match surveys, process rewards and withdrawals, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
These terms may be updated when features, third-party rules, security needs, or legal requirements change. The latest version is always available from the JAWABSURVEYS website footer.
