- Screenout, profiler, reversal, chargeback, balance adjustment, and other balance-related records.
- Withdrawal requests, status, amount, payout number, and related review notes.

We may record IP address, browser, device, access time, login activity, and other important activity to protect accounts, investigate issues, and prevent abuse such as duplicate accounts, bots, or manipulation.
3. How we use data
- Create, manage, and secure JAWABSURVEYS accounts.
- Match member profiles with available survey or task opportunities.
- Record rewards, balance, bonuses, referrals, activity history, and withdrawal status.
- Process withdrawals through supported payout methods and review transactions when needed.
- Send important account communications such as email confirmation, password reset, service notifications, or account information.
- Detect and prevent service abuse, including duplicate accounts, bots, location manipulation, or bonus abuse.
- Meet legal obligations, resolve complaints, and maintain required transaction records.
4. Third parties
We do not sell member personal data. Limited data may be shared only when needed to operate the service, validate rewards, provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
Third-party survey and task providers
Providers may receive limited data needed to open opportunities, match profiles, validate rewards, or send transaction results back to JAWABSURVEYS.
Operational service providers

5. Rewards, balance, and withdrawals
Reward and balance records need to remain consistent because they relate to member rights, withdrawals, referrals, third-party validation, and support investigations.
- Rewards are recorded after an activity is considered valid by JAWABSURVEYS or the relevant third party.
- If a third party sends a reversal or chargeback, balance may be reduced or adjusted.
- Phone numbers or payout numbers used for withdrawals may be locked to prevent abuse.
- Withdrawal history and balance adjustments may be retained as needed for transaction records, security, internal review, or legal obligations.
7. Data retention
Data is kept while the account is active or as long as needed to operate the service, process balance and withdrawals, resolve complaints, prevent fraud, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
If a member requests account deletion, we will handle the request according to applicable rules. Certain transaction, security, and balance records may be retained in a limited way when there is a valid reason.
8. Security
We use access controls, secure connections, internal access restrictions, important activity logs, and periodic checks to help protect member data and balances.
No online service is risk-free. Members should protect their email, password, device, and account access. Contact us if you notice activity you do not recognize.
9. User rights
Members may request access, correction, update, or deletion of personal data provided to JAWABSURVEYS. Members may also submit questions or complaints about personal data processing.
To protect account security, we may ask for identity verification before processing certain requests. Requests will be handled according to applicable rules.
Age limit
JAWABSURVEYS is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If we identify an account belonging to a user under that age, the account may be reviewed, restricted, or deleted.
